Abbott Medical in Switzerland is hiring for its Electrophysiology (EP) division
Clinical Application Specialist / Field Technical Engineer Electrophysiology – Switzerland
to be based in region Berne
In this responsible position, you will support our customers during procedures with technical expertise and promote patient well-being.
Your main responsibilities
- Supervision of electrophysiology examinations
- Working in a highly complex medical field with a willingness to pursue further training
- Ensuring the proper functioning of medical devices in the catheterization lab during intracardiac procedures
- Supporting existing customers and initiating customer training
- Expanding and deepening customer relationships in close collaboration with the entire Swiss team
- Providing support for the maintenance of medical devices and clinical studies
Your profile
- Academic background or practical experience in the field of medicine / medical technology
- Knowledge in cardiology/electrophysiology
- Organizational skills, communication skills, flexibility, willingness to travel
- Strong communication skills, willingness to help and a positive attitude, team spirit
- Ability to represent the company professionally and with the highest integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Strong business communication skills in German and English (additional French language skills are an advantage)
- Class B driver’s license
- Resident in the Berne region or willing to relocate there
