Swisswhite GmbH – International Brands is a Swiss company developing leading brands in the fields of beauty & teeth whitening.

With Swiss roots and a dedicated team, we create beauty product lines that combine effectiveness and design. Our most well-known oral beauty brands include POP and Smilepen.

Our core team – small but mighty – is based in Baar, Zug (just a stone’s throw from Zurich).

And we’re looking for an Art Director – (70-100%) someone who loves design&Beauty and brings concepts to life. Someone who sees the big picture but also enjoys diving into the details.

Tasks

• Develop and design creative concepts and visuals for our brands and products – from packaging and digital experiences to social media reels.
• Bring structure, organization, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create ideas and design solutions for packaging, websites, interfaces, and marketing assets that align perfectly with upcoming product launches.
• Be AI-savvy – you like to use new tools and technologies to speed up creative processes, stay curious, and quickly turn ideas into action.
• Coordinate freelancers and manage projects independently – from concept to final delivery.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams, from the first product idea to launch.
• Stay on top of design and beauty trends – always with an eye for what’s next.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of creative experience (Designer, Art Director, or similar) with a portfolio that inspires.
• Proficient in Figma, with strong skills in UI and web design.
• Experience across social media, web, print production, and packaging, with the ability to adapt designs to every format.
• A strong sense for consumer goods, beauty, or lifestyle (bonus points if you’ve worked in these industries).
• A mix of conceptual thinking and hands-on execution – you can dream big and make it happen.
• Curiosity for design, beauty, and lifestyle trends.
• Fluent in English (must-have) – German fluency is a bit prefered.
