Your tasks:

• Organization and implementation of maintenance services as well as minor repairs and occasional installations
• Monitoring and organizing the elimination of defects and damage
• Eliminating technical faults that occur and reporting them to the customer
• Together with the team, you will take care of maintenance work on e.g.
• heating and sanitary systems and document these carefully
• You will also maintain inventory data with appropriate IT support
• Comply with legal and contractual regulations in your area of responsibility (inspections, tests, etc.)
• Coordinating and monitoring the execution of work by external companies

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the field of HLS or comparable qualification
• Professional experience and knowledge of building services systems desirable
• Enjoy working with our clients/clinics in the sense of a balanced service provision
• Experience in the field of maintenance and servicing
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty
• Solution-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team
• Confident handling of MS Office and willingness to use work-supporting IT systems
• Class B driving license
• Willingness to attend internal and external training courses
