Your Responsibilities

Solving IT problems: You will independently develop solutions for application-specific and general IT problems experienced by our national and international customers via telephone, email or remote support.

Installation and configuration: You will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software on individual workstations as well as in Windows networks and virtual environments – all conveniently via remote support.

Error analysis and documentation: You will analyse errors and document them carefully in our internal ticket system.

Software testing: You will assist in conducting tests on various Windows platforms to ensure the quality and functionality of our solutions.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in IT or comparable knowledge.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Good knowledge of Windows-based IT systems (user management, authorisation concepts, DNS, DHCP)
• Good knowledge of network structures (LAN, VPN)
• Experience in SQL language and MS SQL Server
• High level of customer focus and enjoyment of working in a team
• Experience in the use of virtualisation solutions.
• Willingness to occasionally work on site at customer locations.
• Good knowledge of common PC hardware
