Your tasks:

• Centralized purchasing of office supplies, office equipment, workwear, hygiene, cleaning and disinfection materials for janitorial services, retail goods and
• Materials for the areas of therapy/wellness, bathing and sauna facilities, cafeteria, vehicle fleet, etc.
• Supplier selection, price negotiations, contract drafting, supplier monitoring and invoice verification
• Tendering, supplier monitoring for textile care including invoice verification, inventory monitoring
• Commercial monitoring of the vehicle fleet – accounting, logbooks, repairs, fuel
• Managing the office supplies warehouse, including annual inventory
• Managing the warehouse for work safety and service clothing, including annual inventory.
• Tendering, purchasing, invoicing and monitoring of copying technology
• Managing and expanding the merchandise management system

Your profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Technical understanding
• Proficient use of the Office applications Excel and Word
• Knowledge of procurement of goods and services is desirable.
