Your goal:
- Ensure on-time delivery to our customers by recording, monitoring and processing all incoming customer orders in compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
- Increase customer satisfaction by directly answering and coordinating customer inquiries in cooperation with internal and external teams.
Your tasks:
- Recording and follow-up of all incoming orders.
- Monitoring and processing existing open orders.
- Processing complaints in accordance with the applicable specifications.
- Directly answering or coordinating and following up the prompt response to customer inquiries with internal and external departments.
- Proactive communication with customers in the event of delays in delivery.
- Maintenance of master data and systems.
- Managing and supplying consignment warehouses.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training.
- Very good knowledge of Office 0365 and SAP SD.
- High customer orientation and communication skills.
- Organizational talent as well as responsible, independent work.
- Flexibility and team spirit.
- Good knowledge of English.
