Your role

Asa Marketing & E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d),you are the central interface between marketing, content and shop management.

You ensure that our online shops perform well – and that our marketing measures become visible:

• Bring products to life quickly and cleanly
• Consistently implement content and marketing measures
• Optimize shops, processes and procedures
• Driving growth through structured implementation
• Using and further developing AI tools effectively in everyday marketing and content creation

What you bring

• Excellent self-organization – you prioritize, implement, and achieve your goals.
• Experience in e-commerce (product data, shop maintenance, shipping processes)
• Marketing understanding & creative flair for content and design
• Safe handling of spreadsheets, tools and digital processes
• Openness to AI tools and digital working
• Hands-on mentality: You do, instead of just planning.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Ads, Merchant Center & feed optimization
• Knowledge of fulfillment or labeling processes
• Content or video experience (editing, shooting planning, briefings)
• Understanding of regulated product categories (e.g., medical devices)
• Initial experience with AI-powered content or automation

Salary: €30,000.00 - €60,000.00 per year
