For a position in our patient admission department at the Bad Kissingen site, we are looking for a

Patient Admission Clerk (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Operating the switchboard and forwarding calls to the departments
• Creation of the call overview and notification of doctors if required
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Master data maintenance in Orbis
• Admission of outpatients and inpatients
• Case corrections
• Daily posting of cash receipts and reconciliation of cash balances
• Requesting cost transfers

• Completed nursing, medical or commercial vocational training
• Several years of experience in a hospital preferred
• Experience in patient admission desirable
• Comprehensive IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP i.s.h.med)
• Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
