We are looking for a full-time or part-time Nursing Educator (m/f/d) for our Helios St. Elisabeth Hospital Bad Kissingen site as soon as possible .

Versatile teaching: Dedicated organization of theoretical and practical learning units in all courses, accompanied by a well thought-out planning phase.

Interactive teaching-learning situations: Planning, implementation and critical evaluation of courses that focus on action-oriented learning.

Practical support: Organization and independent implementation of practical visits to ensure support that promotes learning.

Reflection on practical supervision: In-depth reflection on the experiences of practical supervision, particularly in dealing with people in need of care.

Examination: Conducting practical, written and oral examinations to assess the performance of our trainees.

Curricular co-design: Participation in the continuous development of the curriculum for generalist training.

Completed degree in nursing education or a comparable degree at Bachelor's level with a Master's degree or completed Master's degree, as well as a professional qualification in the nursing sector

Several years of professional experience in direct patient care

Ability to inspire trainees and potential applicants

Social skills, ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate across disciplines

High affinity for nursing practice

Legally required proof of immunization against measles

Helios Gesellschaft für berufliche Bildung (HGbB) is the sponsoring company of the Bavarian Helios vocational and nursing schools in Dachau/Munich, Bad Kissingen, Erlenbach and Kronach. The purpose of the company is to promote education and training, in particular the general and vocational training and retraining of young people, the working population and others. The schools thus make an important contribution to securing the next generation of nursing staff. In 2020, a total of 320 trainees in the fields of healthcare and nursing (nursing specialists) and nursing assistants began their training at the HGbB schools. The Dachau/Munich site also offers adaptation courses and knowledge examinations for international nursing staff.
