With our 600 employees and around 300 beds, we at KLINIK BAVARIA in Bad Kissingen have been a leading rehabilitation facility in northern Bavaria for more than 30 years. Recovery house instead of hospital: In our new SalutoCare area, we provide all possible factors that positively influence the recovery of severely affected rehabilitants, in line with the salutogenesis approach that gives us our name. We have the necessary medical infrastructure and have nevertheless been able to create an atmosphere that conveys a sense of well-being, creates peace and pampers. The focus is always on those affected and their needs and goals – and they should feel this too. We see SalutoCare as a healing, warm and harmonious environment that gives severely affected people every opportunity to recover as fully as possible.
Become part of SalutoCare and take on the following tasks:

Professional cleaning, disinfection and care of our premises with special attention to our high hygiene standards at SalutoCare with an eye for detail
Support with housekeeping activities
Regular testing and simple functional checks of small appliances on the ward (e.g. kettle, coffee machine)
Individual distribution of meals, coffee, tea and small services for our rehabilitation patients
Contact person for minor concerns of our rehabilitation patients – with friendliness, discretion and a professional demeanor
Compliance with the highest hygiene, quality and service standards in cooperation with nursing, service and technology

Experience in dealing with people, ideally in the hospital, hotel or upscale service sector
Completed training in the hotel or hospitality industry is an advantage
Willingness to work at weekends
Very good written and spoken German
Well-groomed, friendly and engaging demeanor – you enjoy contact with people
Understanding of discretion and empathy
Flexibility, ability to work in a team and an independent way of working
Diligence and a high level of quality awareness
