Job description
- You will reliably carry out general office tasks and administrative duties in the Towing Service department
- You will conduct customer conversations in an open and service-oriented manner
- You will always maintain an overview of telephone management and coordinate requests professionally
- Process orders and pass them on to colleagues in a structured manner
- Document assignments in writing and ensure traceable filing
Requirements
- As a career changer (m/f/d) you are very welcome - special training is not required
- Experience in the office will benefit you, is not a requirement
- You are confident in using common PC systems and MS Office applications
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and a valid work permit
- You are characterised by an open and communicative working style
- Your geographical understanding supports you in planning assignments
- Your ability to work in a team is one of your strengths
