The Hotel an der Therme Bad Orb is an elegant domicile in green parkland, directly connected to the futuristic Toskana Therme and stands for pampering moments between contemporary comfort, first-class cuisine and relaxing wellness offers. Our traditional hotel "Zum Ritter" is located in the heart of the picturesque baroque town of Fulda and has been delighting its guests for 130 years with refined hospitality in charming historic rooms.

You will work closely and in partnership with the Residence Manager (Bad Orb/Fulda), motivating and supporting the teams there
In cases of absence, you will have the responsible task of fully deputizing for the Residence Manager
You will work together with us and use your high level of service and quality awareness to strengthen guest loyalty
You will support the Residence Manager in the preparation of budget and investment plans
You will work independently on projects and tasks and actively support our operational staff in day-to-day business
You represent the location as a competent representative, interact with service providers, the local administration and other cooperation partners in a value-adding manner
You are flexible in terms of working hours and have the ability to organize the tasks and challenges in your responsible role in a dynamic hotel environment effectively and purposefully at all times

Training or studies in the hotel industry or comparable in the hotel/wellness industry
You have management experience and/or experience in a comparable position
Strong affinity and experience in logistics, food & beverage, event management, etc
Exemplary and emphatic host qualities based on your passion for the hotel industry
Very good German, English and IT skills (MS Office)
High willingness to travel (especially Fulda Bad Orb) in order to promote cross-location cooperation and create joint synergies
