We are looking for you at the earliest possible date at our Helios Clinic in Bad Saarow near Berlin as a diabetes consultant / diabetes assistant (m/f/d) - full-time (38.5 h) or part-time.

• Diabetes and nutrition counseling
• Conducting individual and group training sessions
• After consultation with the attending physician, you will independently carry out and evaluate individualized consultations and training courses in accordance with current guidelines and evidence-based data
• Structured diabetic training for type 1 and type 2 diabetics
• Management of the inpatient patient register with existing certification from the German Diabetes Society as a recognized treatment facility
• Interdisciplinary work with doctors, nutritionists and dieticians (m/f/d)

• Completed training as an MFA (medical assistant) or registered nurse (m/f/d); ideally supplemented by further training as a diabetes consultant (DDG) or willingness to qualify as a dietician
• Empathic, committed and flexible in dealing with patients
• Strong communication skills - for counseling, training and interdisciplinary exchange
• Experience in a clinical environment (e.g. hospital)
• Professional, calm demeanor in everyday working life
• Proof of measles vaccination in accordance with the Measles Protection Act

• Certified diabetology (DDG) - with the seal "Clinic suitable for diabetes patients"
