Located directly in Bad Sauerbrunn, our respected and beautiful house offers a family environment for residents and employees. We are currently able to organize everyday life together with 51 residents with varying levels of care and support needs. The beautiful building of the Rosengarten senior residence has been partially expanded and renovated and offers the best care and working conditions. The well-being of the nursing staff and the people living in the house is very important to us. To strengthen our team, we are therefore looking for 1 residential area manager (m/f/d) (30-37 hours per week) in 7202 Bad Sauerbrunn/Burgenland as soon as possible

Your area of responsibility and what you bring with you:
+ Diploma in general health and nursing (or training recognized in Austria)
+ Special training for basic and intermediate care management according to §64 or willingness to complete this
+ Experience in geriatrics and interest in organizing
+ Good communication and leadership skills
+ The core of her work is the professional and organizational management of the nursing staff in close cooperation with the nursing service management
+ Professional and supportive guidance from your team
+ If necessary, independent implementation of the care and support of our residents in the sense of activating care and in accordance with our care model
+ Support the team in care planning and evaluation
+ You will be involved in the further development and constant improvement of our care and support services
+ You take an active part in the development of our care concept under the direction of the nursing service manager
