At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you to join our Helios Clinic in Bad Schwartau as a nurse in the interdisciplinary area with a focus on palliative care (m/f/d).

• Our multi-professional team cares for patients with serious, progressive illnesses and their relatives
• The aim of the work is to maintain, promote and improve the quality of life and self-determination of seriously ill people and to enable them to live with dignity until death
• Interdisciplinary and holistic cooperation
• Professional and socially competent guidance, care and support for seriously ill or dying patients and their relatives

• Completed training in healthcare, nursing or geriatric care
• Preferably professional experience in palliative or hospice work
• Completed palliative care training is desirable, but not a must
• Enjoy independent, responsible work, networking and coordination
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
