Working Student - Global Culture & People Analytics (f/m/d)

What you can expect

• You will support our global People Analytics team in data checks and data maintenance, related to SAP SuccessFactors
• You will get to know basic administrative processes in the department (focus on HR Analytics, and HR Digitization)
• You will take on different tasks in an agile development field and support in the day-to-day business
• You will support tasks like uploading the value target lists, creating of new cost centers, and creating (non) budgeted positions in our system
• You will create and send reports to global and local functions like finance, compliance, and culture & people

Who we are looking for

• You are a registered student in th e field of business administration with a focus on human resources, business psychology, or humanities
• You enjoy working with databases and reports
• Your working method is characterized by diligence and accuracy
• You are conscientious and discreet
• You are confident in using MS Office 365
• You have a fluent command of English, both written and spoken. German would be desirable
