Healthcare assistant with vocational trainer function (m/f/d) 80-100%

Our client is a renowned facility with various residential groups that attaches great importance to the individual care and needs of its residents. The retirement center is home to over 200 people with dementia requiring mild to severe care, who are cared for by 400 employees. We are looking for a motivated and committed qualified nursing assistant (m/f/d) 80-100% to join the team with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Place of work: Greater Baden area

Starting date: immediately or by agreement

Tasks

• You are responsible for day-to-day operations at our customer and are the first point of contact
• They are responsible for the individual care and support of residents and assist them in daily situations
• Your varied area of responsibility also includes accompanying and supporting apprentices
• They also support the specialist staff in their work and therefore take on additional tasks

Requirement profile

• Qualification as a healthcare specialist EFZ (for foreign qualifications, recognition by the SRC)
• Professional experience in long-term care where your heart beats for this area
• Good knowledge of RAI is mandatory, MS-Office and Pflegedoc knowledge would be an advantage
• Positive nature and sense of humor
