  • Stay updated on SAP Payroll and Time Management features, new releases, and best practices.
  • Manage SAP OSS notes and system updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Payroll and Time Management with other modules, such as HR, finance, and procurement.
  • Participate in related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and migrations.

What you bring & who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience as an SAP Payroll and Time Management Consultant or similar technical role. SAP certification in Payroll and Time Management modules is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management modules, including configuration, schema, and rules.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll configuration tools such as Payroll Control Centre (PCC), Wage Types, and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with other SAP products, such as HR HCM or SuccessFactors, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging is desirable but not essential.
