What you’ll do

Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the commercial and customer experience strategy, as well as the overall company strategy for the tour operator business
Market & Competitive Analysis: Collect and analyze market trends, competitor positioning and commercial performance

Business Development: Evaluate new strategic growth opportunities, and identify new markets and business segments within the travel and tourism industry
Stakeholder Management: Build collaborative relationships across teams, maintain alignment with corporate strategy and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs and monitor the performance of strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis and regular reporting
Company Steering: Link strategic long-term goals with annual & quarterly targets processes and facilitate an effective and transparent target steering process across the organization
Executive Support: Assist the executive management team in decision-making, strategic prioritization and execution of key initiatives

What you’ll need

Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, or a related field
5+ years experience in strategy development, business development, or management consulting within tourism
Solid knowledge of strategic planning frameworks and company steering methodologies

What you’ll bring

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to derive insights from complex information
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
