Aktuell suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Kunden aus der Medizintechnik einen Head of Supply Chain / Bereichsleiter Supply Chain am Standort in Baden-Württemberg (hybrid).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung & Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten Supply Chain Strategie
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines hochqualifizierten SCM-Teams
- Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Effizienzverantwortung entlang der gesamten Lieferkette
- Prozessoptimierung & Digitalisierung (ERP, Automatisierung, KPI-Tracking)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, IT, Vertrieb, F&E und Finance
Ihr Profil:
- Mehrjährige SCM-Führungserfahrung, strategisches Denken & Hands-On-Mentalität
- Analytisches Talent & fundierte ERP-Kenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke & Leadership-Qualitäten
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch & Englisch | Reisebereitschaft
