Key responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and sales of packaging materials and manual contract packaging services
- Develop and enhance relationships with existing customers with a service-first approach
- Identify and acquire new customers
- Create and execute market-driven sales strategies
- Take ownership of revenue and profit targets
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate closely with the inside sales team and management
- Represent the company at industry trade shows

Your qualifications
- A passionate sales professional (m/f/d) with a completed commercial apprenticeship
- Proven experience in field sales with a track record of successful new customer acquisition, preferably in the packaging industry
- Hands-on approach, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Strong team player with high self-motivation and commitment
- Independent, results-driven work style
- Professional demeanour and excellent communication skills
- Ability to create customer-focused solutions
- Proficiency in English
- Strong MS Office skills, with experience in CRM system management
- Valid Class B driving license
