Job description
- You will be responsible for maintenance and repair, carrying out scheduled inspections and maintenance work on production facilities, machines and technical equipment
- You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, evaluating error and fault reports, rapid diagnosis and sustainable elimination of technical problems
- In addition, optimisation and improvement as well as identification and implementation of optimisation measures to increase production safety and efficiency, in your hands
- You also take care of the complete documentation of all measures, repairs and improvements in digital systems and maintenance logs
- In spare parts management, you are responsible for the organisation and management of spare parts and consumables as well as early ordering when required
- Last but not least, your tasks also include ensuring occupational safety and compliance with technical standards and safety regulations and contributing to risk analyses and training
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have ideally already gained practical experience in the maintenance of industrial plants
- You have a sound knowledge of mechanics, electronics and, if necessary, control technology (PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics)
- In addition, you are confident in dealing with maintenance and planning systems (e.g. SAP-PM, MS Office)
