Your tasks:

• You strengthen the self-organization, personal responsibility and resilience of the teams and promote continuous learning and improvement within the team and the company.

• You coach one or more teams in agile working methods and ensure that Scrum (or the appropriate agile framework) is understood, practiced and continuously reflected upon.

• You moderate (agile) workshops and formats such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and daily scrums, designing them effectively and in line with requirements.

• You support the teams in dealing with conflicting goals, prioritization and unclear requirements and strengthen the common understanding of the product.

• As a project coach, you support project teams in ensuring transparency, commitment and collaboration across team boundaries, thereby making projects successful.

• You act as a change facilitator in the introduction and further development of agile methods and formats at team and organizational level.

• You promote an open communication and feedback culture and support teams in conflict situations in a solution-oriented manner.

• You support the organization through exchange, impulses and networking with other Scrum Masters, project coaches and managers.

• You act as a bridge between the team, product owner and stakeholders - with a focus on transparency, orientation and mutual understanding.

What you bring along:

• You have already gained several years of experience in agile or hybrid and complex working environments.

• You have sound knowledge of Scrum and other agile methods and frameworks (e.g. Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and their application in practice.

• You have coaching skills and a good feel for group processes, development potential and areas of tension.

• You impress with your clear communication, moderation skills and commitment to effective collaboration.

• You are team-oriented, reflective and enthusiastic about continuous improvement at a personal, team and company level.

• You work in a structured, analytical manner and with a high degree of empathy, clarity and pragmatism.

• You communicate very well in German and English.

• You have experience in working with Jira, Confluence and Miro (or comparable platforms) and use the tools specifically in your everyday work.
