🌐 Position: JUNIOR TESTER - Product Development Team
The objective of the role is to ensure and continuously improve software quality within the development team by implementing robust testing strategies, fostering a quality-first mindset, and enhancing testing processes and tools.
💡 Key Responsibilities:

Review specifications, technical designs, documentation, and GUI usability to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Design, structure, and maintain comprehensive regression test suites.

Plan, execute, and document manual and automated software tests.

Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.

Implement and maintain automated end-to-end (E2E) regression tests.

Identify, record, document, and track defects.

Perform thorough regression testing.

Develop and execute automated tests.

Ensure product quality by focusing on user interface, ease of use, accessibility, translation, documentation, functionality, and performance.

Ensure quality considerations and user perspectives are integrated early in the sprint planning and conception phases
🎯 Your Profile:
Are you naturally curious and detail-oriented? Do you enjoy ensuring things work correctly? As a Junior Quality Engineer in SNP Group’s Product Development team, your primary responsibility will be taking care of quality initiatives within ABAP development stack together with the Kyano Cloud platform, focusing on new functionalities and patches. You'll need to understand our product portfolio's functionality and business value, improve its quality, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:

Degree in IT or equivalent technical education

Technical orientation with at least 1 year of experience in software development or quality assurance.

Highly motivated and eager to work as part of a multinational dynamic team.

Strong desire to learn new technologies and improve your skills.

Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written (B2 level or above).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
-
Analytical skills: rapid understanding of structures, impact on different stakeholders and processes, abstract-logical thinking.

Basic knowledge of SCRUM development methodology is required.

Basic user knowledge of Jira issue management system.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Java, React, or ABAP programming languages is beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge of test automation technologies such as Selenium and Tricentis Tosca is beneficial but not required.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is beneficial but not required.
- Basic knowledge of application performance testing methodologies such as K6 is beneficial but not required.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database systems is beneficial but not required.
