Job description
- You will be responsible for creating and checking freight documents
- You will be in charge of processing customer enquiries and complaints
- You will also be responsible for communicating with drivers and service providers
- You will take care of maintaining shipment data in the IT system
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have a good geographical knowledge of Germany and Europe
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise and organised way of working round off your profile
