Costing & Pricing Specialist

Our team in Barcelona is part of the ENERCON Southern Europe and Latin America (SELA) regional team. With 2.500 dedicated professionals, more than 4,867 installed wind turbines, equivalent to 9.5 GW of installed capacity and presence across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Greece, we are a significant player in these markets.

Enercon is seeking a candidate to take ownership of costing activities within the Pricing department. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency, streamlined processes, and strong alignment with the costing teams. Beyond the core responsibilities, we are looking for a proactive individual capable of enhancing current processes, leading new initiatives, and coordinating interdisciplinary teams to automate pricing activities, provide accurate costing for strategic deals, and drive continuous improvement.

Your task:

• Manage the costing tool in Enercon (SAP) for Wind Turbines, including ongoing improvement tasks.
• Lead project-specific quotations in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams – a key activity within the company.
• Maintain and update costing databases.
• Analyze cost trends and provide insights to challenge and support the costing organization.
• Automate costing processes to improve efficiency.
• Support regular strategic pricing committees to define the company’s roadmap.
• Assist the team lead in collecting and organizing market feedback.

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or Science.
• +3 years experience in similar position or Controlling.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; German is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with SAP and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Organized and proactive, with an innovative mindset.
• Capable of leading small teams and delivering results reliably and with ownership.
• Able to build interdepartmental relationships based on trust, collaboration, and integrity.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, analytical skills.
