• Responsibility for the output and quality of the Products (Cutter)
• Collaboration in process and product development and increased efficiency in the area of cutter production
• Responsibility for proper process compliance, documentation and reporting
• Professional and disciplinary management of a team of approx. 7 people
• Responsibility for series production in the automated area (grinding process)
• Qualification of employees

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed technical training (master craftsman, HTL, automation technology, grinding technologist)
• Professional experience in leading a team (series production/automation)
• Competence in metal grinding technology
• Ability to work in a team
• Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial action
• Very good written and spoken German
• Driving license B with own car

The actual monthly salary depends on your qualifications and experience and we will determine this together with you. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 22.75 gross/hour plus statutory bonuses.
