Proclinical is seeking an Analytical Scientist specializing in Liquid Chromatography for a contract role. This position focuses on developing and implementing analytical strategies for pharmaceutical dosage forms, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating across multiple departments. The role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment with flexibility for occasional remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop phase-appropriate control strategies for pharmaceutical dosage forms, including active ingredients and precursors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as drug substance and product development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and external analytical partners.
• Coordinate analytical activities, including generating physical and chemical data, developing and validating test methods, and ensuring thorough documentation.
• Generate packaging-specific stability data and oversee analytical controls.
• Coach technicians on project-related tasks and act as a central point of contact for project information.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in analytical development, including formulation support and impurity control strategies for regulatory filings (e.g., IND, NDA).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a focus on analytical research and development.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage complex analytical projects.
