To strengthen our Fashion team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Controller (m/f/d) 100% in Basel Headquarters as of 01.10.2025.

Your Tasks

• You prepare, monitor and analyze forecasted budgets.
• You are responsible for reporting and financial analysis: building performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring variances between forecasts and actuals.
• You are responsible for transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights for management.
• You are understanding the company's operational challenges and the Fashion environment to connect numbers with real world activity.
• You are guiding strategic decisions through analysis, even without hierarchical authority.
• You are anticipating risks and proposing solutions.
• You are working with various departments (production, HR, marketing, sales, management).

your profile

• You have a university degree with a focus on business administration.
• You have professional experience in controlling, ideally in retail/FMCG.
• You are proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage...), Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
• You are able interpret large volumes of financial and operational data.
• You have ability to present results clearly (dashboards, oral presentations) and explain financial data to non-specialists.
• You are adjusting quickly to fast-changing environments.
