We have an exciting opportunity for a Director Supply Chain PMO to join a global organization based in Basel, Switzerland.

This is a senior leadership role created to establish and lead a dedicated Supply Chain PMO function. You will bring structure, governance, and strategic alignment to complex, project-driven supply chain activities, acting as the single Supply Chain voice across major aviation programmes.

Key responsibilities as Director Supply Chain PMO include:

• Establish and lead a centralized Supply Chain PMO, defining governance, standards, KPIs, and execution frameworks

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Chain Project Managers supporting complex aircraft programmes

• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between supply chain, engineering, and programme leadership

• Drive coordination, risk management, and performance tracking across multiple concurrent projects

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain involvement in projects, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and tooling

• Support the delivery of a long-term transformation roadmap, strengthening structure, visibility, and execution capability

The ideal candidate profile:

• Extensive experience in a project-driven organization with a strong understanding of regulated, project-based environments

• Proven background in establishing or optimising a Supply Chain PMO or similar governance-led function

• End-to-end Supply Chain expertise across logistics, procurement, tooling, and programme delivery

• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading teams, with a track record of building structure and stability

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is essential; Lean/OPEX exposure is beneficial

• Strategic, high-energy leader with strong influencing skills and the ability to operate at the executive level

• Fluent in English; German and/or French are advantageous
