- Preparing project ideas and offers, cost calculations, contracts
- First contact person towards clients, partners, authorities as well as the companies involved in the project within the scope of the assigned tasks
- Ensuring the project target in terms of quality, costs and deadlines incl. risk assessment
- Close cooperation with the CFO on management / finance / HR issues
- Maintaining relationships and contacts, participating in networking events
Your profile
- University degree in architecture/construction management/business administration and several years of professional experience
- Sound project management experience of new buildings and conversions
- Very good negotiating skills with strong communication skills
- Experienced team player
- Proactive and self-motivated personality with a winning demeanor
- Ready for the next step as an entrepreneur
- Knowledgeable about the local scene (BS/BL)
