As Head of Digital Finance & Strategic Projects, you will lead the evaluation of Finance function across Europe. You will be responsible for driving digital innovation, enhancing financial performance, and executing high-impact strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with teams in Finance, Region Europe organization, Transformation & Growth and Global Functions to deliver operational excellence, enhance data-driven decision-making, and ensure alignment with the company’s long-term financial goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Digital Finance Evaluation & Leadership

• Lead implementation of digital finance strategies, including automation, AI/ML integration, and advanced analytics.

• Oversee the deployment of FP&A activities across European markets, integrated FIOH outcome and GCC Hyderabad support.

• Champion a data-driven culture within the finance team, ensuring real-time insights, predictive capabilities and continuous improvement.

Strategic Projects Leadership

• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives aligned with regional and global business goals.

• Manage project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with countries & clusters CFOs/ FP&As to identify and prioritize high-impact projects.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO Region Europe and Europe Finance LT on digital finance trends and opportunities.

• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.

• Build strong relationships with all relevant stakeholder

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• Master`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Management Engineering. An MBA, CPA, or other relevant professional qualifications would be a plus.

• Proficient business English

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, with a proven track record of driving business evaluation and excellence within large, complex organizations.

• Experience in finance evaluation, including system upgrades, process optimization, and capability development.

• Strong background in benchmarking, process standardization, and automation initiatives within the Finance function.

• Proven expertise in leading organizational design reviews and managing cross-functional teams.

• Experience in building and leading capabilities development, including top notch programs for senior leadership (e.g., CFO programs).
