We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern HR Biologics​ (m/f/d) to join our team for our location in Basel. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry professionals, and contribute to real day-to-day tasks and projects that make an impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects within the department

• Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing initiatives

• Attend and moderate team meetings and contribute ideas

• Prepare reports, presentations, or documentation as needed

• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments

• Manage time effectively while working on multiple assignments

• Perform administrative duties as required

Key requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in in a related HR field (HR, Marketing, Business)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools

• Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude

• ability to navigate in ambiguity
