Position Summary

In this role you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience from a central and global finance department point of view. As an intern within the Group FP&A department you will be collaborating closely with all Finance departments worldwide to ensure accurate and consistent information. You will be able to perform a wide range of tasks which will allow you to understand how the budgeting, reporting and forecasting processes are organized.

Your Role

• Support the designing & continuous improvement and optimization of Reporting and FP&A processes
• Assist in the organization and management of the team’s data resources to have it immediately accessible for analysis, for instance:
• Support Functions data collection/consolidation
• Consolidate the long-term forecast
• Budget Capex tracking
• Budget packs load to consolidation system
• Automation of reports thru database creation and/or Power BI report creation
• Ensure that information is accurately reflected and updated, mainly for:
• Quarterly Business Reviews’ support on the preparation of excel templates linked to the slide deck
• Forecast input Opportunities and Risks in the system, consolidate overall Jet forecast, refresh templates

Your Profile

• Matriculated Master Student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Financial Engineering, Data Analytics or Management
• Advanced Excel Knowledge
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to focus on details without forgetting the "big picture”
• Fluent English skills
• Proactive approach in troubleshooting
• Open minded and curious
