Your Role

• Contribute to HR projects such as assisting in designing career paths and development frameworks.
• Creating and updating templates, letters, and HR documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Preparing presentations and reports for HR initiatives and management meetings.
• Supporting the organization and facilitation of workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborating with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team on day-to-day tasks and employee-related matters.
• Assisting in data analysis and reporting for HR metrics and KPIs.
• Contributing to employee engagement activities.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HR systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
