Medical Affairs Finance Business Partner (M/W/D)

GDD have defined reporting timelines and deliverables as dictated by GMA Finance.This role also supports International Medical Affairs and their reporting timelines and deliverables

Tasks :

• The deliverables are mainly recurring monthly activities around the tracking of Other Medical, non-clinical activities such as Congresses, using agreed systems and templates for reporting

• Project and Operational management and financial management deliverables to GMA and IMA;

• Deliver an effective monthly review process with both Finance and Medical business owners to ensure an accurate month end landing of Forecast v Actual spend and to flag any risks

• Work with business owners to spend allocated budget compliantly and constantly update monthly latest outlook to stay within annual financial targets

• Engage with all support services of Other Medical spend such as Procurement, Legal and Governance

• Support business owners in building the annual budget by operationalizing the medical plans into financial trackers and challenging them to prioritize activities

• Work closely with the Purchase Order (PO) teams to ensure timely opening and closing of POs and to investigate any PO issues Onsite-Remote work percentage/onsite frequency
