MES Specialist

We are seeking an MES Specialist to support and enhance our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) through expertise in recipe design and process integration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for the site’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

• Design, model, and test MES master recipes and corresponding master data.

• Define requirements, specify and test new MES functionalities, and carry out user acceptance testing.

• Deliver 1st-level support for MES users and participate in on-call service (24/7).

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Production, QA, IT, Engineering, and external vendors.

• Contribute to the implementation and validation of digital manufacturing and automation solutions in compliance with GxP standards.

• Support connected systems such as ERP (SAP), Warehouse Management (EWM), and Quality Systems.

Your profile:

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or logistics (or equivalent practical experience).

• Several years of hands-on experience with MES recipe design.

• Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, automation, or IT environments with knowledge of GxP and CSV.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively across functions.

• High service orientation and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
