Are you looking to make an impact with your innovation? We are working with a well establish medicines company to recruit for a skilled and hard-working Scientist.

Proclinical is seeking a motivated Formulation and Process Development Scientist to support the development of innovative pharmaceutical products, including oligonucleotides and radioligand therapies. You will be involved in planning, executing, and documenting scientific experiments to ensure the timely delivery of drug products. Collaboration within a multifunctional project team is key, as well as contributing to the maintenance of lab instruments and infrastructure.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and document scientific experiments with minimal guidance.
• Provide raw data documentation, evaluate results, and propose future experiments.
• Communicate and address problems, and perform literature searches.
• Contribute to the maintenance of lab instruments.
• Align activities with the overall drug development process.
• Ensure timely completion of training assignments.
• Adhere strictly to HSE rules and guidelines.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Science, or related field.
• Deep understanding of parenteral product, process, and formulation development.
• Experience with laboratory tools such as lyophilization and analytical equipment.
• Proficiency in software and computer tools.
• Basic presentation and scientific writing skills.
• Strong communication skills.
