What you’ll do:

Supporting establishment and maintenance of the Quality Management System at Drug Product Services (DPS) especially

Participation in transfer activities to new Document Management System:

• Support Admin and Department during Clean-up of Site documentation

• Support Site and Global Admin during the migration to a new System

Supporting during establishment of Customer Quality Agreements including:

• Update of Customer QAA Navigator tool

• Management of DocuSign approval workflow for QAA updates

• Ensure accurate integration of Customer Quality Agreement requirements into the Annual Product Quality Review (PQR) process

Executing GMP compliance activities e.g. status reporting and trending of changes, deviations, CAPAs, self-inspections, local implementation of corporate documents

Drive clear, engaging internal communication and support cross-functional team collaboration

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in administrative and operational support within a regulated environment

• Sound working experience in pharmaceutical industries

• Experience and affinity towards working with different electronic systems and exploring new ones

• Demonstrated ability to manage and process documentation workflows (e.g., contracts, agreements, DocuSign)

• Excellent communication skills as well as experience as a member of cross-functional team

• Sound knowledge of written and spoken English, basic knowledge of German

• Open minded, self driven, independent

• Structured working attitude

• Likes to work in an international team and intercultural environment

• Agile to adopt to new situations and moving targets in short period of time
