What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage Lab System Specialists for instrument qualification services

• Support team development through onboarding, goal setting, and performance reviews

• Ensure efficient use of time and personnel to meet stakeholder and company goals

• Ensure efficient and transparent planning of new qualification projects

• Represent the team in audits, inspections, and cross-functional meetings

• Manage quality deviations and changes related to instruments

What we’re looking for:

• MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field

• 5–10 years in analytical chemistry and equipment qualification in GMP settings

• 3+ years of experience in team leadership and people management

• Knowledge of relevant guidelines for instrument qualification

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Fluency in English. German is a plus
