Your challenge

• Gather requirements with HR, IT, and Finance and translate them into robust solutions
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP Payroll and Time Management modules
• Ensure operational readiness, transition to run mode, and contribute to perform in the support model
• Safeguard compliance, manage OSS notes, and steer system updates
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support
• Support integrations with adjacent SAP modules and external systems (e.g., time and attendance)

Your qualifications

• Experience in SAP Payroll and Time Management, incl. configuration, schemas, and rules
• Strong grasp of SAP payroll processes, tax and compliance in tools like PCC, wage types, and PCR
• Excellent analysis, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication
• Ideally Swiss SAP payroll experience in end-to-end project delivery and integrating external systems
• Knowledge of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors and basic ABAP debugging skills
• You work independently, stay organized across multiple tasks, and keep an eye on outcomes
• You are fluent in German and English
