Proclinical is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to support operational readiness and end-to-end (E2E) scheduling for various programs within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to lead meetings with internal stakeholders, and expertise in project scheduling tools. The position is primarily on-site for four days a week.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage E2E schedules for operational programs.
• Ensure operational readiness by updating workload and resource allocation for PCP operations and manufacturing.
• Lead meetings with internal teams, including QA, QC, Operations, MSAT, and Plant Engineering, to update and track schedules.
• Support planning and execution of operational readiness projects (non-CAPEX).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress tracking.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel, with full autonomy in using these tools.
• Strong data-driven mindset and curiosity for analyzing and developing schedules.
• Ability to lead meetings and drive collaboration among diverse teams.
• Strategic agility and comfort in providing constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
• Leadership skills to build realistic schedules and delve into task-level details when necessary.
