The SCBP (Supply Chain Business Partner), is an orchestrator within the Roche Supply Chain Organization, building SC capabilities based on local affiliates priorities and global strategies. A catalyst and point of resolution for stakeholders across the Value Chain to drive outcomes that deliver value to Patients, Healthcare Systems and Roche alike. The SCBP is the voice of the Affiliate within the Global SC Organization (and vice versa) and their partner when it comes to building and growing their tactical & strategic capabilities.

The opportunity

• Be the primary point of contact by actively engaging within and across affiliates and regions. Lead SC communities and projects, connecting them with the global SC organization, streamlining communication and strengthening collaboration.

• Contribute actively to the design and deployment of our Supply Chain Strategy.

• Be the strategic partner / advisor to countries in building SC capabilities based on local affiliate’s priorities and/or global strategies

• Be a catalyst for stakeholders across the Value Chain to drive outcomes that deliver value to Patients, Healthcare Providers and Roche.

• Be a trusted business partner, who understands the landscape and is able to help resolve barriers.

• Help transform the customer feedback into country/regional relevant and actionable insights.

• Be a subject matter expert in the various business processes and build process capabilities on key business topics

Who you are

• At least 10 years of work experience in Supply Chain. Proven business acumen is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or science related field. Masters is a plus.

• Great understanding of the supply chain landscape and can navigate its many complexities.

• Ability to influence and work well across functions and businesses

• Business acumen and financial understanding.

• Superior analytical problem solving skills with an ability to anticipate both strategic and operational issues and recommend solutions.

• Experience in managing change in a complex landscape, as well as lead cross-functional initiatives.
