Proclinical is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development HR BP to take on a leadership role in Talent Acquisition service management, Vendor Management for Talent and Organizational Development, and HR Business Partnering for specific business areas. This position involves working closely with senior leaders to implement strategic HR initiatives, support organizational growth, and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment service management to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage vendors associated with Talent and Organizational Development initiatives.
  • Act as an HR Business Partner, advising and influencing leaders on people-related matters.
  • Support and lead strategic HR projects, including planning and execution of project portfolios.
  • Align HR strategies with business goals through strong business acumen.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality HR services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Psychology, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Certification in project management.
  • Broad HR experience, including HR Business Partnering and Service/Vendor Management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Experience in consulting, influencing, and relationship management.
  • Global mindset and comfort working with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and facilitation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a forward-thinking and innovative approach.
  • Strong organizational skills, resilience, and a positive attitude.
