The Position

ASPIRE is a multi-year program that will define, design, and deploy Future ERP solutions based on SAP S/4 HANA and other cloud/on-premise technology platforms. The program will enable simplified, standardized, and harmonized global business processes by leveraging SAP, Life Science Industry and Roche best practices. The group Treasury setup and characteristics (fully centralized, standardized and integrated to several E2E processes within Finance and beyond) are represented in the Aspire Global Template project in the Finance stream.

The Opportunity

You will act as a Deployment SPOC in the area of Treasury for Rollouts of Sales Affiliates and/or Manufacturing Sites in Americas.

The following tasks are part of the deployment activities:

• Active execution of all steps of a project lifecycle including : preparation and leading of FIT-to-Template sprints, identification of Gaps and execution of relevant steps to address those to the Global Template and other relevant parties, contribution to Change Impact Assessments, execution of testing activities and User trainings, go-live and hypercare support etc.

• Supporting local teams in Data Cleansing activities and project teams for data migration mappings.

• Coordination with several key stakeholders to assure good quality testing and go-live. This includes several internal and external partners (Treasury middle office, Treasury IT, Aspire AP, Aspire AR, RSS BPM, Core banks tec.).

• Ensuring template governance within the project including change control management in line with the respective GBPMs/GBPOs and the overall Finance governance concept.

• Advocating of the Treasury processes within Aspire and of the Aspire processes within Treasury.

Who you are

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in the respective functional area, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years related business experience or equivalent Project Management skills in the area of Finance

• Broad knowledge of business processes, policies and programs in the functional area of Treasury

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve a variety of routine and complex issues and to describe the business requirements accordingly

• Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives

• Awareness and ability to lead and work in multi-cultural teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
