For a stealth biotech in Switzerland

• Lead overall non-clinical development strategy for an antibody program from development candidate (DC) to IND approval
• Direct and oversee CMC, non-clinical safety, pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and toxicology studies.
• Manage and build relationships with global CROs and CDMOs, including Europe- and China-based partners.
• Ensure effective outsourcing strategies, vendor qualification, contract negotiations, and long-term partnerships.
• Drive effective program timelines, resource allocation, and strong project management execution.
• Manage regulatory requirements in US, EU, and Australia for non-clinical packages.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management in small to medium biotech or pharmaceutical organizations, >15 years preferred
• >5 years Experience in biologics non-clinical development and CMC
• Minimum 2 previous programs taken from DC to IND approval
• Proven experience managing CROs and CDMOs in the EU and China
• Strong project management background with demonstrated ability to deliver results on-time and within scope.
• Strongly independent, can-do attitude, detail oriented, striving for maximum quality, speed and cost efficiency.
• Willing to travel 25% of the time in the EU, US, and China
• Fluency in Chinese a strong plus
• Valid work authorization in Switzerland
• 100% Workload only
