Cook
as deputy kitchen manager (m/f/d) – possibly with the prospect of overall kitchen management

These tasks await you:

• Responsibility and organization for the entire kitchen and canteen area in case of substitution
• Provision of communal catering at the location in a team consisting of employees and clients
• Preparation of offers and implementation of internal/external catering events as required
• Calculation and coordination of supply offers
• Merchandise management (ordering food)
• Monitoring and compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP as well as regulations and laws applicable to the kitchen area
• Staff deployment planning
• Guidance, support and supervision of clients
• Participation in the implementation of educational measures and therapeutic offers for clients, such as
• Planning and implementing qualification measures for clients in consultation with the kitchen management

What you need to bring:

• Qualified professional qualification with further training as a chef
• Professional experience as a kitchen manager, alternatively you have several years of professional experience in the learned professional field
• You have pedagogical empathy and a special interest in our clients and working with mentally and physically disabled people
• You are characterized by personal responsibility, commitment and a high sense of responsibility
• We expect an independent, service-oriented way of working
• You have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Sound knowledge and experience in the field of hygiene regulations and the Infection Protection Act are expected
• A vehicle driver’s license is desirable
• Confident handling of modern IT rounds off your profile
