Description
Your tasks:
- To join and being integrated in a dynamic, multicultural, and collaborative team driven by a passion for excellence
- To deal with electrical components and electromechanics systems, supporting the quality process development and implementation
- To work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, supplier quality, commodity managers, and project teams)
- To implement supplier quality strategies directly at supplier locations in coordination with procurement teams
- To lead audits, managing follow-ups, and ensuring closure of action plans for identified non-conformities
- To qualifying suppliers for both standard and special processes
- To monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- To collaborating with commodity managers to define and follow up on strategic objectives
- To assist Customer sites in resolving supplier-related issues
- To contribute to cross-functional teams aimed at developing or optimizing supplier quality standards, processes, and tools

Job requirements
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline
- 5–10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in supplier quality, industrialization, or manufacturing of electrical components
- In-depth knowledge of industrial processes and problem-solving methodologies
- Capable to read and understand mechanical drawings, Technical Purchase Specifications
- Solid understanding of risk assessment and electrical integration procedures
- Proven communication and leadership abilities within matrix organizations
- Capable of operating effectively in international and multicultural environments
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- German language is a plus
