Aufgabengebiet

As Account Manager, you'll manage your own territory (geographic or industry-focused), acting as the main point of contact for existing customers and prospects alike. This role combines consultative account management with active business development, allowing you to directly influence your own success.

Your Responsibilities:



  • Own and nurture your assigned accounts as a trusted advisor.


  • Identify, qualify, and close new business (new logos, upsells, cross-sells).


  • Secure renewals and expand client relationships.


  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention while growing annual recurring revenue.


  • Collaborate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.

Anforderungsprofil

  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development - ideally in software, IT, or analytics.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with business intelligence or analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken).
  • A degree is preferred, though relevant experience and the right mindset count equally.
