• Management and further development of CRM applications (SAP C4/Hana Cloud), including integration into the overall SAP landscape

• Analysis, design, and implementation of new CRM functionalities to improve business processes and customer experience

• Leadership of national and international CRM sub-projects as part of large-scale SAP initiatives

• Coordination of external consultants and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery

• Close collaboration with business stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Service to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Responsibility for system stability, performance, and continuous optimization

• Participation in the digital transformation roadmap, contributing new ideas and innovation concepts

• University degree in (business) informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification

• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in CRM, ideally SAP C4/Hana or similar applications

• Proven track record in IT project management and sub-project leadership

• Solid understanding of sales and customer processes as well as their digitalization potential

• Strong communication skills with the ability to mediate between IT and business units

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), additional languages are an advantage

• Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally abroad
