Tasks
Management and further development of CRM applications (SAP C4/Hana Cloud), including integration into the overall SAP landscape
Analysis, design, and implementation of new CRM functionalities to improve business processes and customer experience
Leadership of national and international CRM sub-projects as part of large-scale SAP initiatives
Coordination of external consultants and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery
Close collaboration with business stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Service to translate requirements into technical solutions
Responsibility for system stability, performance, and continuous optimization
Participation in the digital transformation roadmap, contributing new ideas and innovation concepts
Profile
University degree in (business) informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in CRM, ideally SAP C4/Hana or similar applications
Proven track record in IT project management and sub-project leadership
Solid understanding of sales and customer processes as well as their digitalization potential
Strong communication skills with the ability to mediate between IT and business units
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), additional languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally abroad
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams
